| My wife and I met Rick and Rita by chance at an open house driving around our neighborhood. We knew right there that their personalities were genuine. They were not just a couple that wanted another sale to their name, they were realtors that really cared for our happiness in finding a new home. When the time was right we contacted Rick and Rita to begin showing us properties, about a year after we meet them. During that time by our request Rick and Rita gladly emailed us weekly new listings of properties every week so we could keep our eye open for the right property. The time was right and we started to look at properties, make that a lot of properties. My wife and I were extremely picky, we wanted the right home that was perfect for our family. There were homes that we would take one step in and one step out and say ,"This just wont work for us", not once did Rick or Rita ever become frustrated with us and trust me we were frustrated with ourselves that no home was coming available for us. Rick and Rita insisted to keep positive and continued to show us properties at the drop of a hat with no given notice. They understood what it meant to have a perfect home, the home everyone wants to own. On November 2, 2009 they did just that. After showings us close to 30 different properties they finally showed us our last property with a smile. Through the whole process of escrow Rick and Rita walked us step by step answering all questions we had. They were so wonderful we referred them to a family member of which they helped them find their dream home as well. Driving around any neighborhood you will find many realtor signs and listings. Rick and Rita are not just your regular realtor, they are special, caring and outgoing and will always have my wife and I as a customer for life. I know at any time they will be there for us, even four months later when we had a question about property taxes, they were there to help and get us in contact with the county. Its realtors like them that make a home buying process of what it really should be. They are and always will be special to my wife and I.
